IMPORTANT BOOKING AND PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Book your room, extras or package via our availability calendar (you will be taken to a separate booking page.)
- Pay your booking total using our secure payment link below. (Make a note of your total to pay and come back to this page to make your payment)
- use your booking name as your payment reference
- Your calendar reservation is temporary for 24 hours only until payment is made in full. (Subject to cancellation policy)
- Bookings must be paid for within 24hours or the room/package space will be made available again to others to book.
- A receipt and confirmation will be manually sent to your email once payment has been received.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Full refund up to 48 hours after booking.
- 75% refund up to 2 weeks before arrival date.
- No refund under 2 weeks before arrival date.
- If we have to cancel for any reason at any time you will get a full refund.
